Lu joined Hong Kong Polytechnic University after obtaining her PhD in Marketing from Purdue University. Her research focuses on impacts of consumers' store choices on household sustainability, and the design of information disclosure to improve the platform performance. To delve into diverse contexts, she utilizes innovative methodologies for her research, such as causal inference with machine learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Neural Networks.
