Meng obtained her bachelor degree in Computer Science from the Joint Bachelor Programme provided by Harbin Engineering University and The University of New England and her master degree in E-commerce with distinction from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is currently pursuing her PhD under the supervision of Dr Fang Flora GU.
