Summary
Nothing better than a short-movie to tell an effective story, to express a true emotion and/or to suggest the proper atmosphere to describe the DNA of a Country and to deepen into its richness and its roots. But a short can be part of something more! It can suggest and evoke more than it shows, not just in the real world but in past/alternative times and spaces as well. The speech will deepen into the expression/perception processes in filmmaking and will use transmedia projects – and briefly introduce the work of the transmedia producer – to contextualize video artforms as part of transmedia bouquets, focusing in particular on projects for Brands, for the Arts and for Goods. The final part of the presentation will stress the 10 “Golden Rules” for creating an effective video for the contest. With visuals.
All PolyU students and staff are welcome.
Event registration is required and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email before the event.
