Addressing the core objective to foster the flow of people, goods, capital and information in the GBA, we identified the following opportunity to incorporate and improve carbon reduction operations in the area through Chinachem. Subsequently, we developed a design framework connecting our stakeholders and helping them collectively to create a sustainable future with continuity – the Branch Living network directly connects the university campus and its neighbouring facilities. It aims to impact the lifestyles of future generations in the campus community, create an inspiring stay for travellers, and stimulate the local community positively.
