A research team led by Associate Professors Dr DO Chi-wai and Dr Henry CHAN has also found that common traditional Chinese medicines such as baicalein and Lycium barbarum may have good therapeutic potential as anti-glaucoma agents because of their ocular hypotensive as well as neuroprotective effects.
