[Jiangnan University Study Trip 2024]
Jiangnan University Study Trip 2024 was held successfully on 19 - 25 May 2024!
A group of 15 BScFST students and 3 FSN staff members joined this trip, together with more than 20 JNU teachers and students. During the trip, our BScFST students engaged in interactive exchanges with JNU students through oral presentations on research, development, and manufacturing of food products, artistic Agar Plate Microbial Culture Competition 🔬, and a series of other exciting activities. They visited industrial factories, museums, advanced future food research laboratories, and pilot production plants to learn more about different food technologies and traditional villages in the Jiangnan areas, making the exchange trip truly fruitful and enjoyable.

江南大學交流團2024於2024年5月19至25日完滿舉行！
是次活動由3位FSN老師帶隊，共有15位食品安全及食品科技（榮譽）理學士（BScFST）同學與20多位江南大學（JNU）教師和同學參加。我們的同學通過學術演講與江南大學的同學在科研與創業方面進行了深入的交流，並參加了藝術性的瓊脂培養基微生物競賽🔬。同學們亦参觀了當地不同的食品廠、博物館和先進的未來食品研究實驗室、中試基地，以了解不同的食品科技。除此之外，學生們也領略到江南地區的傳統文化，在今次豐富多彩的交流活動中收穫滿滿。
