The first is Food and Environmental Toxicology, where we use cells, small fish, and rodent models to identify Adverse Outcome Pathways of realistic chemical mixtures. The second is Aquaculture research, where we develop various technologies to improve immune resilience, sensory qualities, and sustainability of farmed fish.
