Academic Advising is a process through which you will be guided, supported, encouraged and empowered to make wise and realistic academic decisions consistent with your circumstances, interests and aspirations.

  • explore your goals and values in both personal and academic aspects
  • understand your academic strengths and weaknesses
  • understand your graduation requirements
  • develop a study plan to achieve your goals
  • explore solutions when you encounter problems

Academic Advising at FSN

All students who are admitted to the programs of the FSN Department will need to meet your Academic Advisor at least once a year to discuss your academic plan and aspirations.
