The official inauguration of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN) was a memorable and successful event. We hope everyone enjoyed the grand opening dinner banquet.

We were thrilled to have Dr Sophie Leung, a medical doctor specialist in paediatrics and nutrition, share her expertise and demonstrate her favorite plant-based recipes.   Dr Leung, also the author of the book 'Kitchen Medicine,' provided us with invaluable insights into nutrition and health. Her in-depth knowledge truly enlightened us all.
