Ir Dr Wong Tit-shing
Ir Dr Wong Tit-shing is the Chairman and Founder of Jetta Company Limited. Under Ir Dr Wong's leadership over the past four decades, Jetta has become one of the world's largest and most reputable OEM manufacturers.
Dedicated to promoting the development of the toy industry, Ir Dr Wong was the President of the International Council of Toy Industries, holding the office from 2004 to 2007. During his tenure, he played an instrumental role in formulating and promoting the Council's Code of Business Conduct which forms the basis of unified factory audit standards, the ICTI CARE Process. He is Honorary President of the Toys Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Toys Council.
Business success notwithstanding, Ir Dr Wong is also strongly committed to philanthropic work. In 1998, he founded the Jetta Charitable Foundation, which has funded the construction of about sixty schools, and has supported various educational foundations in Mainland China.
Ir Dr Wong's contributions also extend beyond Hong Kong to mainland communities. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the People's Political Consultative Conference in Guangzhou and he has served as Honorary Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Guangzhou Foreign Investment Enterprise since 2005.
For his contributions to the toy industry, Ir Dr Wong was decorated with countless accolades, including Outstanding Award of the Hong Kong Toy Industry 2001 and the Industrialist of the Year Award 2011. He was named Honorary Citizen of Guangzhou in 1993 and was presented with the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Award in 2009.

Ir Professor Zheng Pai
Ir Professor Zheng Pai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Director of PolyU–Rhein Köster Joint Laboratory on Smart Manufacturing, and Leader of Research Group of AI for Industrial Digital Servitization (RAIDS) at PolyU. His research focuses on human-robot collaboration, smart product-service systems, and smart manufacturing systems. After receiving his dual bachelor’s degrees in material processing and control engineering, and computer science and engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, he earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in mechanical engineering from Beihang University in China and the University of Auckland in New Zealand, respectively.
Ir Professor Zheng is a recipient of the SME Outstanding Young Manufacturing Engineers Award (2024), PolyU’s Young Innovative Researcher Award (2023), and was named one of the Top 50 Global “AI+X” Chinese Young Scholars (2022) by Baidu. With his prolific research outputs, his name has appeared in the 2020 -2023 Stanford List of the World’s Top 2% Scientists in the Industrial Engineering and Automation category.
Ir Professor Zheng is a Senior Member of IEEE and CMES, Member of SME and ASME, Associate Member of CIRP, Scientific Committee Member of NAMRI | SME, and a Technical Committee Member of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society TC-Digital Manufacturing and Human-Centred Automation, as well as the CMES Industrial Big Data and Intelligent Systems Chapter. also serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing and Journal of Cleaner Production, and a member of the editorial boards of the SME Journal of Manufacturing Systems, and Advanced Engineering Informatics.
