You can nominate PolyU as the beneficiary, or one of the beneficiaries, of your life insurance policy and donate all or part of the sum assured to PolyU.
How It Works
By holding an in-force life insurance policy established under the Insurance Companies Ordinance (Chapter 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong), the donor can set PolyU as one of the beneficiaries of the policy by means of ‘Change of Policy Beneficiary Information’ and donate 1% or more of the life sum insured to PolyU to support the University's continuous development. The procedure for changing the beneficiary information of a policy is simple. Donors can designate the beneficiaries of an effective policy at any time on their own.
