Summary

This 40-minute workshop will introduce different types of herbs and explain the process of turning organic herbs into dried herb products. Participants can learn more about herb salt with Southeast Asian flavours, like lemongrass, curry leaves, pandan leaves, etc. They are also able to mix and make their own herb salt (around 100g herb salt and a glass jar will be provided to each participant).


    透過這40分鐘的工作坊,講者會介紹各種香草類型,並講解如何利用園內有機種植的香草進行乾製品。參加者亦可了解更多有關各種東南亞風味的香草鹽,包括香茅、咖喱葉、班蘭葉等。每位參加者可即場混合、製作香草鹽(每人將會獲發大約100g香草鹽和玻璃瓶)。

Established in 2003, Herboland is located at Yung Shue Wan on Lamma Island. It operates as a teahouse and also an organic herb farm, which grows a wide variety of herbs and produces different types of herbal products. 由2003年在南丫島榕樹灣開始建立,香草原除了是茶座外,更是一個有機草本農場,園內主要種植各種香草類植物,同時出售各類香草製品。
