PolyU GreenCoin- Referral Programme

Terms and Conditions apply:

• The referral period of the programme is from 15 Sep 2022 to 14 Oct 2022 (both dates inclusive).
  
  
• The referrer must be an existing GreenCoin user at the time of referral.
  
  
• The referee (i) must be an existing PolyU student or staff and (ii) must NOT have registered for a GreenCoin account before 15 Sep 2022.
  
  
• The referee can only be referred once. If the referee is being referred more than once, only the first referral submission counts.
  
  
• The referee must submit an online referral form, detailing the Student ID / Staff ID / GreenCoin User ID of both the referrer and referee after successful registration for a new GreenCoin account during the referral period. The online referral form is accessible at here.
  
  
• Bonus 10 Coins will be credited to the both the referrers and referees’ GreenCoin account within 5 working days after the referral period.
  
  
• Each existing GreenCoin user can refer a maximum of 10 new users to earn a maximum of 100 coins as a referrer.
  
  
• The referrer and referee cannot refer each other. The referrer and the referee cannot be the same person.
  
  
• We will determine the user's entitlement to the bonus Coins offer based on the validity of user's account records with the GreenCoin platform server.
  
  
• Valid registered GreenCoin account is required from users during the promotion period.
  
  
• The scope and details of this arrangement is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• Coin records with the GreenCoin platform server are final.
  
  
• We reserve the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
