24 & 25 January 2018

Please be informed that another full-day workshop will be organized for project writing and progress. The aim is to equip the students with essential research and writing reports by covering a wide range of topics such as exploratory data analysis, dissertation writing, presentation skills. Other than the lectures, a consultation session is also included to address individual problems arising from the projects. All participants are required to produce a written version of their individual draft report and give a presentation of maximum 8 minutes about their progress during the workshop. A typical length would be 3 pages of A4 which consist of a table of content, a milestone and a summary. The tentative schedule for the coming workshop is as follows:
