Webinar on Microsoft Bookings in O365

Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling tool on O365 available to staff to facilitate the management of reservation. To introduce this new booking tool, two identical sessions of webinar will be organized in late January to all staff.

The two sessions of webinar will be held on 24 and 26 January and the following topics will be covered:

• Demo session
• Q&A

Staff who have to manage and operate reservation for room booking, service, consultation and etc. are welcome to join. More information and the online meeting link will be sent out via email in mid-January, stay tuned.
