Launch of PolyU Form Service 2.0

The new PolyU Form Service (PFS 2.0) will be launched on 1 May 2022. PFS 2.0 offers significant improvements in features and functions for building online surveys or eforms in support of marketing and promotion events, administration of teaching and learning as well as research activities.

The URL for PFS 2.0 is https://www.polyu.edu.hk/pfs2/admin. For current PFS users, please use the existing account to access PFS 2.0.

Although the current PFS URL (https://www.polyu.edu.hk/pfs/admin) will remain active for users to continue to access the old eForms created on the platform, we strongly recommend users to get familiar with PFS 2.0 for new eForms creation and take advantages of new functions and features brought by PFS 2.0.
