Form creation function will be disabled on PFS

As communicated in the last issue of eNewsletter, the "Create Form" function in the existing PFS will be disabled from 1 January 2023 to prepare for the next phase of transition from PFS to PFS 2.0.

Form administrators who need to create a new e-form on or after 1 January 2023, please use PFS 2.0. If you have not yet tried PFS 2.0 before, a list of user guides and FAQ is available on the PFS service webpage.
