After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation in Hong Kong, we must sadly confirm that the 11th International Forum on Shipping, Ports, and Airports (IFSPA) 2022 will be held in fully online mode. The conference fee is reduced to compensate for having online mode only. Banquets are excluded from the online conference.

Hong Kong is a famously compact city that visitors are never too far from shopping and major sights. It also has an excellent transportation system which allows visitors to easily reach other areas, no matter where they stay. Starting form 2004, a spectacular multimedia show named "A Symphony of Lights" has been launched and was awarded the world’s "Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show" by Guinness World Records in 2005. The number of participating buildings has been expanded to involve 44 key buildings on both sides of Victoria Harbour. The show creates a comprehensive vision of colored lights, laser beams and searchlights performing an unforgettable and impressive scene synchronized to music and exposition that shows the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong.
Public transportation via bus, ferry or train is efficient, relatively inexpensive and user-friendly. The system covers extension areas of Hong Kong with signs in English and Chinese.
English is very widely spoken. There will be no problems in communicating with people in most hotels, restaurants and even some taxis.
