Biography

Dr Coco Yin Tung KWOK received her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geomatics (Land Surveying) and PhD in Remote Sensing at the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015 and 2023 respectively. She has various remote sensing and GIS research experiences, including vegetation analysis, solar energy potential estimation, sensor development, water quality retrieval, land cover mapping, and indoor positioning with iBeacon technology, with more than 15 SCI journal publications in this research field. She received the Gold Medal in the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2021, 2021 Smart 50 Awards, and the Silver Medal in the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2022.
