- Students will be awarded the following award upon successful completion of the graduation requirements of the programme concerned:
- BSc (Hons) in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics 土地測量及地理資訊學(榮譽)理學士; or
- BSc (Hons) in Urban Informatics and Smart Cities 城市信息學及智慧城市(榮譽)理學士
- The option of Secondary Major in AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) is available to the students of BSc (Hons) in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics. Admission to the Secondary Major is on competitive basis and subject to a different credit requirement for graduation.
- This Secondary Major in AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) aims at offering a means to understand and promote the theories and science of smart cities, gathering city-scale data and providing the apparatus to transform this data into knowledge. It capitalizes on emerging developments in Big Data and in interdisciplinary solutions to the world’s urban challenges.
Remarks
Students of BSc (Hons) in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics who opt for the Secondary Major in AIDA shall fulfil the requirements tabulated below:
