The Healthy Lifestyle Programme (HLS) is a set of courses and activities covering different dimensions of health that aims to help you build up a healthy lifestyle, which is an important and positive aspect to promote success in the university. Details of the programme requirements could be found here.

Student choosing to complete this component by this option should upload supporting documents to “PE Programme” in POSS. A minimum of eight exercise hours should be uploaded in one submission. Instructions for submission procedures could be found here.

Online Learning.
Students could access the modules on Blackboard after completing Component 1.

** Please complete the Component 3 (E learning)  24 hours before the Component 4's registration.
