PolyU rises in THE subject rankings
In the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2022 by Subject published in October 2021, PolyU advanced 15 places to 64th in the subject of Computer Science, and moved up 24 places to 51st in Engineering. In Business & Economics, the University was ranked 25th in the world, four spots higher than last year. As for Social Sciences, PolyU rose by one place to 81st.
The rankings of THE are based upon five key criteria, including teaching, research, citations, industry income and international outlook. The University will refer to the rankings and other assessments to strive for improvement, so as to contribute to the development of Hong Kong, the Nation and the world.
