The Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office of PolyU organised a forum series, “PolyImpact: Unicorn x Industry”, and the inaugural forum on 18 August 2023 with the topic “Navigating Challenges and Embracing Opportunities in the Logistics Industry”.

 

Mr James O, Co-founder of GoGoX, and Mr Eric Huang, Senior Director and Head of the Strategic Project Group at SF Express, shared their views and experiences on the latest trends and developments in the logistics industry. They also discussed the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead and how they are preparing to meet emerging global development trends.

 

GoGoX is a unicorn startup co-founded by a PolyU alumnus, while SF Express is the largest integrated logistics service provider in China and the fourth-largest in the world. This event provided PolyU students and alumni an invaluable opportunity to learn from the two business leaders in the logistics industry and gain valuable insights that could stimulate innovative ideas.
