Biography

Prof. WONG Man-sau is a Professor at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). She also serves as the Director of Research Centre for Chinese Medicine Innovation (RCMI).

Prof. Wong specializes in exploring effective interventions such as Chinese medicinal herbs and dietary factors to prevent age-related issues such as falls. Her work has been published in various journals including but not limited to BMC Geriatrics and Nutrients. With her expertise in traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition, she has been invited to provide advice to professional organizations such as The Hong Kong Health Food Association and The Hong Kong Nutrition Association.
