陈博士毕业于香港理工大学取得职业治疗学位后,他分别在香港大学和香港中文大学继续攻读精神健康硕士学位和心理学深造文凭。 去年,陈博士在香港大学获取了博士学位(主修精神健康)。
陈博士拥有多年精神健康的临床经验,并曾于多间公立医院及非政府机构工作,涉及范畴包括急性精神科服务、社区精神复康和一般精神困扰的心理治疗。他的工作集中于复元模式、心理治疗包括认知行为疗法或寻解导向治疗,以及静观为本的治疗。 陈博士在他的临床实践中,与他的同事在香港一起制定了一项名为“奇异之旅”(TRIP) 的疾病管理计划。该方案在本地和国际上都得到了广泛认同及被列入国际职业治疗干预手册的章节之一,并且于香港急性精神科服务中,也被采纳作为恒常的职业治疗服务之一。
陈博士的研究兴趣集中在躁郁症、应对灵活性、精神健康复元、心理治疗及静观。他有多年的静观实践及训练经验。陈博士在香港、北京、台湾和美国接受了广泛的静观培训。
