Gah Zeoi is an atypical dining experience that incorporates Regenerative Agriculture concepts. It is Gah Zeoi's firm belief that agriculture could be the bridge to relink the splintered relationship between humans and the natural world. Thus, it is our mission to popularize concepts of regenerative agriculture to the Hong Kong public, and to recouple with our mother nature. We explain Regenerative Agriculture concepts to participants through the symbolism and design of the course menu, printed materials, services, and more. By creating a remarkable dining experience, We aim to provoke more in-depth and meaningful reflections among participants regarding their consumption habits, their relationship with the environment, and what concrete actions of change one could perform for a better world.
