I Am Trash is a luxury perfume created by upcycling.The name I Am Trash reminds me of how often Hong Kong youngsters roast themselves. My peers always say something like ‘I’m useless’, ‘I can’t do things right’, ‘I should just jump’, and of course, ‘I am trash’.I Am Trash and Hong Kong youngsters have a similarity. I Am Trash is made out of trash, but it still smells good. While youngsters think they're trash, they can still perform well in different aspects. Even things that are seemingly useless can create something truly beautiful.My proposition is 'no one is useless'.As existing contact points in Hong Kong are limited, we can start by improving the communication channels and adding appropriate physical contact points. The content is to encourage youngsters by bringing out the message that no one is useless, and to trigger their resonance with I Am Trash.
