Innovative Retail and Service Design International Forum

Dr Hee Sun (Sunny) Choi from the Human-Centred Design Lab in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Prof. Seo-Yeon Yoon from the Department of Human-Centred Design at Cornell University and Yuri Lee from the Centre for Retail Innovation at Seoul National University will host an online forum on 10 September.

The forum will focus on innovative retail and service design using specific case studies based on spatial and virtual experiences and users' behaviour patterns within specific retail environments. It will also explore users' perceptions and cognitions to understand various retail spatial environments and design conditions.

The event will showcase various research approaches, methods, and tools, both quantitative and qualitative, and explore the potential for future research and projects. The topics covered will include 'Retail' and 'Service Design', 'Spatial Design' and 'Spatial Cognition', adapting to changes in our built environments through human-centred design.
