Biography
Before joining The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Dr Fung worked in the Hong Kong
airline service industry for more than 4 years. She obtained her Doctoral degree (Doctor of
Philosophy in Management) from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom and completed
her master degree at School of Hotel and Tourism Management in PolyU. With her enthusiasm
in education, she also completed Postgraduate Certificate in Education in HKU.
