For Regular Oral Presentations: 

• Each presenter will be given 15 mins, including 3 mins Q&A
• Please bring your presentation file(PPT format) at your USB storage drive, and upload the file to the computer at the session room  at least 10 mins in advance. 

Note:

Session Keynote 25 min (20 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)

Invited Talk 20 min (17 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)

Regular Talk 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)

Poster Session

For Poster Sessions: 

• Poster size: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
• Please print the posters and bring to the conference venue 
• Each presenter will be provided 1 poster board, please check your poster board no. and post it on the corresponding board
• All posters will be exhibited from 22-24 Nov.
