Student Message

With a science background but working in the finance field, I took the Finance programme to gain financial knowledge. I apply what I learnt during the programme, and I am now ready to take another step forward.

Cheng Sui Wah

With a non-finance background, I joined the Master of Finance programme to help me with career development and advancement. In particular, I very much appreciated the portfolio management project where I worked with classmates on a hypothetical portfolio of stocks.

Brian Hon Shiu Fai

No pain no gain! Completing a Master’s programme despite a full-time job was challenging. I gained solid financial knowledge and extended my personal network.

Wong Siu Hang

As the Chinese proverb goes, “Learning is like rowing upstream: not to advance is to drop back”. This was a great opportunity for me to enhance my financial knowledge and share my experience with other market practitioners in the programme.

CHEUNG Kin Man

Studying part-time at PolyU was hard, but it was really worthwhile and enjoyable to gain knowledge from the lessons and develop friendships with my classmates.
