In this talk we look at ways of developing as a professional in the digital age. From small online courses through to MOOCs and other large-scale development opportunities, from blogs to social media and beyond. How do we know what's out there, what's good and what isn't and - most importantly - what will benefit us most at any given point in our careers?

In this workshop we examine principles of blended and online course design and delivery.
