Infusion Active Ageing Education (IAAE) Model

This project aimed to equip university students with ageing-related competence, to promote their interest in the silver hair market, and to strengthen institutional capacity in response to ongoing sociodemographic changes. 

該項目旨在培養大學生與老齡化相關的能力，提高大學生對長者群體的興趣，並加強老年相關的知識和能力，以應對當前的社會人口變化。

Creative Programme Design 創意項目設計

  • Knowledge-based: providing supplemental reading materials about ageing 
    以知識為基礎：提供有關老齡化的補充閱讀材料
  • Strength-oriented: using media or other resources to facilitate theoretical discussion and stimulate students’ further exploration on relevant topics 
    實力導向：利用媒體或其他資源促進理論討論，激發學生對相關主題的進一步探索
  • Experiential: providing students with hands-on experiences through volunteering and service activities 
    體驗式：通過志願服務和服務活動為學生提供實踐經驗
  • Organizational: synthesizing bottom-up involvement (faculty, students, etc.) and top-down institutional support to enhance gerontological pervasiveness and sustainability 
    組織性：綜合自下而上的參與（教師、學生等）和自上而下的機構支持，以增強老年學的普及性和可持續性

干預組 - 活動結束後，有287位年輕人對老年相關知識、對長者的態度、老年學技巧、以及對老年相關工作領域的興趣有顯著提升。
