Life Mentorship Programme

The RCGFS and the BSc (Hons) in Applied Ageing Studies programme organise the Life Mentorship Programme to benefit older adults who are IAA Hub members and undergraduates in the degree programme. Because they are in a different stage of life and possess extensive experience and knowledge, the older adults act as mentors to the undergraduates. The mentors and mentees alike can exchange their perspectives on different topics and values. This increases mutual understanding and respect between generations that can hopefully expand to the wider community.
