2024/25 Semester One will start on 2 September 2024. If changes are necessary, they can be made during the Adjustment before Semester Commencement Period and/or Add/Drop Period. Please add or drop subject(s) via eStudent (www.polyu.edu.hk/student). For a smoother experience, we recommend using Chrome browser when logging into eStudent.
(Please disregard this email if you will have completed all the requirements for graduation by 2023/24 Summer Term or will be in off-campus or deferred status in 2024/25 Semester One. Upon confirmation of your eligibility to graduate or your departure from the University, subjects registered in the following semester (including those consecutive subjects continuing from the previous semester) will be nullified and removed from your record.)

Information that you need to know
Add/Drop Arrangement for Students on Academic Probation
To enhance the academic performance of students on academic probation, they are required to seek academic advice on their study plans for Semester One. Students should complete the Form 'Study Load for Students on Academic Probation' (Form AR150), indicating the proposed study plans, and meet with the Academic Advisors to finalize the subjects and credits to be taken in the semester/term following academic probation within one week of the announcement of assessment results.
During the Adjustment before Semester Commencement Period and the Add/Drop Period of Semester One, students on academic probation will not be able to access eStudent to adjust their subject registration records, departments will update their subject registration records according to the agreed study plans.
