BEEE Mentorship Programme 2021/22

The BEEE Mentorship Programme was established in 2002, aiming to enable all our BEng full-time students to join the Programme and build a partnership between a mentor and mentees.

The objectives for the mentoring relationship are:

• to foster a caring and supportive relationship
• to encourage the mentee to develop to his/her fullest potential
• to help the mentee develop his/her vision and aspiration for the future
• to help groom the mentee to be a "preferred graduate"
