The structure "多 + verb + object" is used to express the idea that you want someone to do something more or more often. Please bear in mind that the word order of this structure differs in Mandarin and Cantonese.

In Mandarin, the word "多" is placed before the verb, while"多" is placed behind the verb Cantonese.

Please note that in Cantonese, it is necessary to add "啲" after "多". But in Mandarin, there is no need to add similar components after "多".
