Entrance Requirements

  • a Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a cognate discipline, with at least 2 years of postgraduate working experience in real estate; or
  • a Bachelor’s degree in non-cognate disciplines, with at least 5 years of postgraduate working experience in real estate; or
  • relevant professional qualifications and prior working experiences commensurate with the criteria above; and
  • pass English proficiency test and interview before admission
