Career Prospects
A broad variety of employment opportunities relating to building engineering, construction and project management, quantity surveying, building surveying and property management is available for graduates. Graduates with satisfactory academic results may also seek further study opportunities via Senior-year Admission mode to relevant UGC-funded undergraduate programmes offered by PolyU and other institutions.
International Professional Recognition
Interim recognition has been granted to the programme by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). Graduates are granted full exemption from the academic requirements for Associate Membership of HKIE.
