Their innovative project leverages big data technology to analyse the behaviours, characteristics, and preferences of Hong Kong travellers visiting the mainland. This analysis empowers businesses to accurately target their customers and deliver personalised services.
This year, the "Data Application Track" of the competition attracted 949 teams from 371 universities. After participating in the preliminary and final rounds at provincial competitions, 18 of the most outstanding teams were selected to advance to the national finals. The competition aims to discover university students’ research and innovative practices in various fields, including data application, artificial intelligence, and data security, while promoting the integration of big data applications across different industries.
