As a Financial Services student, I had to acquire new skills and learn new concepts to fulfil the role of an auditor at PwC. I took one week of e-learning courses before I began serving clients. The learning curve was steep, but I managed to understand the concepts quickly. The company values quality, and that became the target of my deliverables. Feedback from my seniors helped me refine my work, and I learnt to build up an image of a reliable team member. I learnt that perseverance and patience make a good impression on clients.
