Starting in the 2027/28 academic year, BEEE will introduce a Fast-track Integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to accelerate student progression by merging undergraduate and master's studies into a cohesive educational experience. It offers high-achieving students the opportunity to complete an integrated Bachelor's and Master's degree in a shorter timeframe and at reduced tuition costs. Typically, students pursue a four-year BEng (Hons) in Building Sciences and Engineering, followed by a 0.5 year MEng in Building Services Engineering, totaling approximately 4.5 years.
Year 3 Entry
1. Attained a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.30 or above at the end of Semester 2 of Year 2; and
2. Recommended by the Programme Leader
Students enrolled in the Fast-track programme can normally complete both the Undergraduate and Master’s Degree Programmes in full-time mode within 4.5 years.
4 years for the BEng(Hons) in BSE + 0.5 year for the MEng in BSE
Students are required to maintain a CGPA of 3.30 or above to stay on the Fast-track programme.
Students will pay the Undergraduate tuition fees for both Undergraduate and Master's subjects taken during their Undergraduate study, and will pay the Master's self-financed fees minus the credits taken during their Undergraduate study.
