Teaching Staff

Kevin Kam Fung Yuen is currently a Senior Teaching Fellow at Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was previously a Senior Lecturer in Analytics at Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore, an Associate Professor at Research Institute of Big Data Analytics, Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China, a Visiting Associate Professor at Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, and an Assistant Professor at Zirve University, Turkey. He received Ph.D. in Computational Intelligence and Operations Research, and BSc.(Hons) in Enterprise Engineering and E-Business from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He has published more than 70 articles in journals and conferences. He has served as an Editorial Board member for Applied Soft Computing, and Springer Journal of Reliable Intelligent Environment. He has served as a reviewer for more than 50 sci/ssci journals. He has served as the committee member for more than 40 international conferences, and the Guest Editor for Applied Soft Computing, journals of Springer Journal of Reliable Intelligent Environment, Big Data Research, Neurocomputing, and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI).
