Dr. Hui Wen Rebecca LIANG received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. She then joined Chroma ATE Inc. as an engineer, and was involved in the research and development of battery testing system. Afterwards, she obtained her Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong with the support of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship.

Dr. Liang has published her work in peer-reviewed journals including IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics (TPEL), IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics (JESTPE), and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (TIE). She also serves as a reviewer for IEEE TPEL and JESTPE. Her research interests include power electronics, wireless power transfer, and switching power supplies.
