Prof. Chen is the only scholar from Greater China (Hong Kong) to be included among the 2024 Academy Fellows! Fellows of the AAM, an honorific leadership group within the American Society for Microbiology are recognised for their scientific achievements and original contributions that have advanced microbiology. Prof. Chen’s election to this fellowship is undoubtedly a significant affirmation for him and PolyU.
