Creative summer workshops for young talents to explore the world of design

26 Jul 2019

What design is about? 100 students from different secondary schools were guided to find out their answers in our Summer Programme held on 9 July, as one of the concurrent activities of the Annual Show 2019.

The 4th-6th formers joined two out of the four workshops offered by our undergraduate programmes of Advertising Design, Communication Design, Environment and Interior Design, and Product Design by their own preferences, and were given a tour of the show to learn how a design project was created from just an idea as read examples.

The Summer Programme is the annual activity that PolyU Design organised to cultivate the young people’s interest in design and to help them identify the right study path that may lead to a suitable future career.
