It has recently brought our Dean Prof. Kun-Pyo Lee to two occassions to share his views on the area.
AI Summit | Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center
Prof Lee delivered the speech on ‘Design for AI’ to show how AI and design are connected and what the future will be at the AI Summit on 7 August 2019. The Summit had more than 1500 attendees, 100 speakers and 70 sessions, with the theme of ‘AI means business’ which sets a clear focus on Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Global Reach and the Future of AI. Prof. Lee had a very exciting discussions with diverse AI related experts.
Smart China Expo 2019 | Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Center in China
Prof. Lee was invited to give a keynote speech on ‘Design Education for AI’ at Smart China Expo 2019 held in Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Center in China. The rapid pace of development of AI in China, strong commitment on AI from central government, and huge public participation were very impressive to him.
