Highlights at the CILL – WAP/SAP
Events
At the Centre for Independent Language Learning (CILL), aside from exciting initiatives such as the Excel@English scheme, Chat Corner, and the workshops, we also prioritise tailored feedback on language through our one-to-one student-led sessions. This semester, 727 students benefited from our Writing Assistance and Speaking Assistance Programmes (WAP/SAP). Our facilitators supported both undergraduate and postgraduate students in various aspects of English, from written assignments to presentation skills. Additionally, students practiced their oral skills with Talkpal, an exciting AI tool available exclusively in the SAP room, helping them with word stress, debating, and role-playing discussions with their favourite stars.
