Main research interest is developing efficient delivery systems for various bioactive compounds to improve their stability, delivery efficiency, etc.
Research Overview
Her main research interest is developing efficient delivery systems for various bioactive compounds to improve their stability, delivery efficiency, etc. She has published more than 30 SCI papers with 4 ESI papers and a total of over 2000 citations in top SCI journals like Advanced Science, Cancer Research, Food Hydrocolloids. Her research has been reported by more than 40 media from over 10 countries.
