Registration Fees

Registration fees cover your access to all symposium sessions, including featured workshops. Pre-registration is required for all featured workshops.

Early bird registration (on or before 25 June 2022)  HK$100 (waived)
Regular registration HK$120 (waived)

Note for Attendees

  • Online registration will close on 20 July 2022. No on-site registration.

  • Online registration is a two-step process: (1) registering for the symposium and selecting 3 workshops; and (2) payment, if applicable.

  • For Category 2 attendees, although registration fees have been waived, you must register online to gain access to the symposium.

  • To register as Category 2 attendees with registration fees waived, you must indicate your eligibility and upload proof of eligibility (please see below) during online registration. Please note that fee waiver cannot be applied retroactively. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please contact the Speech Therapy Unit.

  • Registration fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable, except in the case of cancellation.

  • Speech Therapy Unit reserves the right to cancel any sessions and to make variations to the schedules, venues, contents, and mode of delivery of the symposium.

  • Electronic Certificates of Attendance will be issued to attendees.

  • For campus access, attendees are to comply with the Vaccine Pass requirements and use the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application to scan the venue QR code being displayed at all entrances to the campus.   • No food or drinks will be provided. You may refill your reusable bottles at drinking water stations on campus.
